Sounds like it is going to be a great trip and I am sure you folks will accomplish a lot! I’m going to take a shot at the trivia, recalling back to my 10th grade U.S. History class… A hopper is a box (not an inbox but a literal box) where proposed bills are submitted and consequently, introduced. I am awful at history but I always remembered this term (…I think) because it is just a bizarre word!
